- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties under management - Fabricate and install various fixtures and equipment as needed - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly - Respond to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repair projects or specialized services - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses - Assist in supervising and training other maintenance staff members Skills:
- Strong technical skills in property maintenance and repair - Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address maintenance issues effectively - Strong leadership skills to supervise and train other maintenance staff members - Exceptional customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their concerns - Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively This position offers competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
