, a full service law firm representing clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time legal assistant to join our team.
The individual must have some legal experience, including electronic filing.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, prioritize various tasks, meet deadlines, be detail oriented with superior organizational skills and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Professional and pleasant telephone skills are also required.

Responsibilities:
Perform secretarial/administrative duties for several attorneys Prepare legal documents, correspondence & electronic filings Manage calendars & deadlines Answer telephone calls & emails Interact with clients Job
Qualifications:
Superior organization skills & ability to prioritize tasks Legal experience and familiarity with electronic filings Ability to work independently and be a self-starter Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and resolve problems Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Trustworthy & dependable Demonstrate a positive attitude Team player
