Program Manager

Position Summary: The Program Manager for Inno-Spin will act as a business partner for the launch of new programs and delivery of prototype programs in Automotive, Truck and Rail End Markets. A successful candidate will act as the customer representative driving results with the support of sales, technical, quality and manufacturing teams. Responsible for meeting customer and program milestones by coordinating external suppliers and customers along with internal cross-functional teams as the primary point of contact. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate and track engineering changes and prototype parts Assist in the launch of tooling and machinery programs Lead APQP Process for new programs or program changes/ timelines and open issues Review and direct CAD/blue print proposal drawings and changes Review, direct the change of tooling drawings Work with manufacturing and quality departments to improve processes and part quality Liaison between the customer and manufacturing/quality departments Ensure customer pre-production and prototype orders are filled Position Requirements (Education, Experience and Qualifications): A person who is a process oriented self-starter with a flexible mindset and team orientation who is results driven A leader who has strong organizational and communication skills in planning, organizing, facilitating cross-departmental activities, and who builds strong teams Someone who possesses strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills A person who possesses demonstrated understanding of principles and uses leanprocesses and procedures A dedicated person who has earned their Bachelor's Degree in Managerial or Engineering in a related field 5+ years of Engineering or Managerial experience in the automotive industry or in a manufacturing facility Experience as part of an automotive product launch team is preferred Someone who has successfully launched a product with an Automotive OEM is preferred Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time INNO0000005

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
