Quality Manager, InnoSpin

Inno-Spin, an Amsted/Bihler of America Business, is currently hiring for a Quality Manager at the Center of Excellence for Inno-Spin Technology located in Phillipsburg, NJ We are seeking an organized, experienced Quality Manager to join our growing organization. In this hands-on position, you will act as the voice of the customer, respond and follow up with external customer concerns and corrective action requests. This position will plan, coordinate and implement a quality assurance program designed to achieve IATF 16949 standards in ISO 9001 manufacturing operation.  This position will supervise reporting relations and program launches for Quality at InnoSpin.  Principal Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure high level of process and product quality for Quality Engineering activities related to development and manufacture of railcar and automotive products. Must have familiarity with Production Part Approval Process (APQP, Control Plan, Process Flow, FMEA, MSA, and AIAG Core Tools). Promote the company's operational visions, values, and goals. Maintain professional contact with employees and suppliers. Champion continuous improvement and measurement efforts by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions Manage corrective and preventive action process; lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and follow through on effectiveness checks. Oversee inspection activities--incoming parts, set-up/in-process inspection, first piece approval and final product audits. Develop and implement inspection plans. Knowledge of measuring equipment, including CMM programming and operation a plus. Must have knowledge of SPC and data analysis, proficiency with WinSPC desired. Work closely with internal departments (Design, Planning, Production) to resolve in-house and supplier quality issues. Responsible for creating, reviewing, and approving Quality documentation. Must possess competent technical writing skills. Direct, and supervise the work-flow of Technicians and Inspectors. Assists in development and maintenance of PFMEA/Control Plan, Performs internal audits to applicable standards including customer specifics Reporting Relationships: Manages the Quality Technicians and Quality Inspectors for InnoSpin related projects Reports to Operation Manager Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Must possess knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 with prior experience in implementing IATF 16949 requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in related field (including APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, within Automotive or Manufacturing environment required) Previous Quality Program Management Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study Understanding of CMM metrology, limitations, operation, and programming an asset Proficiency with computers (Microsoft, Excel, Word, etc.) INNO0000003

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
