Operations Supervisor, Inno-Spin

Position Summary: The Operations Supervisor, will manage the operator and logistics teams focused on meeting the customer demands (internal and external). The incumbent will act as an interface between customers, joint venture partners and technical/maintenance teams. Responsible for working with the quality, supply chain, sales, engineering and APQP teams in support of new product launches and ongoing business. The incumbent is responsible for assisting management in developing and adhering to a strategic vision for the Inno-Spin venture. Position Responsibilities: Maintain complete, accurate and up to date process documentation for all Inno-Spin operations (PFMEAs, Process Sheets, Work Instructions, Control Plans, etc.) through direct reports or collaboration with peer Managers. Interface with Engineering, Quality and Maintenance teams to implement preventative maintenance and quality plans. Document and catalog equipment specifications and prints (drawings for maintenance and upkeep of the equipment) rough direct reports or collaboration with peer Managers. Support expansion of capacity and operations while promoting best practices (including capital acquisitions where necessary). Solutions for future prevention of safety, scrap and equipment reliability exposures (identified as corrective action or preventative actions). Ensure accuracy of management systems (SAP) through cycle counts, inventory controls and other best practices. Directly support where necessary.  Develop engineering, operations and maintenance action plans for off target metrics (poor efficiency, high ppm scrap, equipment failures, etc.). Participate and lead corrective action and continuous improvement efforts. Identification of required resources (manpower, material, equipment, etc.) for the fulfillment of internal and external customer demands (with plan, forecast and other inputs). Position Requirements (Education, Experience and Qualifications) B.S. Degree from an accredited university in Engineering or Business, or equivalent field of study 5+ years operations experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role 1+ year procurement or demand planning experience with customer/supplier direct contact 1+ year project management experience with demonstrated ability to define, track and deliver a project on-time, on-scope and on-budget Professional Skills: Must possess high energy and be highly adaptable to work in a nimble, innovative, and fast pace environment that supports a culture of continuous learning and development Must have ability to exercise independent judgement and creativity in problem solving Demonstrated ability to influence business outcomes, constructively challenge assumptions and goals and present compelling arguments backed by sound analytics to support positions Must be very approachable and able to develop strong professional relationships and foster involvement at all levels of organization Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work both independently and with a team Requires the ability to communicate effectively with and persuade managers, and at times, all employees Experience with SAP is preferred Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills INNO0000004

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
